This event is for all athletes of the IRCA. Each athlete will receive a T-Shirt with admission and we encourage all participants to wear as much WHITE or NEON Colors to feel the impact of this “Black Light” Event.

There will also be: WRITE ON ME TABLES where athletes can use our NEON Markers to write a special note to their team mates on their T-Shirts - Very Cool!

LOCATION: Marriott Northwest - the "Official Hotel" of the 2010 IRCA State Championships! ONE PARENT PER ATHLETE FOR FREE.

TICKETS/T-SHIRTS ARE PICK UP ONLY AS "WILL CALL ITEMS" at the DANCE PARTY BOOTH located on the main concourse at the State Championship on Saturday, December 4, 2010 or at the entrance to the event beginning at 6:00pm. Identification may be requested to verify ownership of these items.

THERE WILL BE NO SHIPPING OF TICKETS OR T-SHIRTS FOR THIS EVENT* - WILL CALL ONLY ON THE DAY/NIGHT OF THE EVENT. THIS EVENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

*Shipping of T-Shirts after the event will be assessed a $5.00 shipping and handling charge after pre-approval from the purchurser.

This event is ONLY for 8th Grade Athletes as we wish them a FOND FAREWELL in their “EXCLUSIVE” dance party complete with a “Coffee Bar” and their own DJ mixing the hottest songs.

Additional special surprises are planned for our exiting athletes—and yes, they too can go into the White Out/Night Out Dance Party with this ticket.
